I have tested this method several times. Actually not only once but five different times with some method variations. SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK!

This method (FAKE NOW) claimed to be a combo of the previously patched DNS hack and a new exploit involving an SSL proxy and generating/signing your own certificate. Sounds good in theory, but simply doesn't work, if someone can prove me wrong, feel free to contact me ASAP!

you got proof that it dose not work? as there is proof that it dose work and no proof of it not working

show me the proof it works.... i haven't seen one...

cuz everyone here hasn't gotten online on 3.55cfw since sony blocked the dns bypass earlier this week...

i'm more than open to try other methods....but the method they described doesnt work.....PERIOD...

look brother, i'm not here to debate or argue with you... i can appreciate what you are trying to do....but the FACT the video itself was been deleted was due to the FACT it was FAKE.... ask anyone here...they'll back me up....

i would delete the video to if it was me, there would be to many noobs mithering for a tut, and maybe a sony sue, pluss his psn id was on at 1.30 prob why he removed it

Em i heard about that whole thing about changing a file so the ps3 thinks that it is on 3.56 OFW when it is actually on 3.55 CFW But people cant do it via any of the file managers which they have installed on their ps3's . I was just wondering if you could do it via Filezilla. Someone has probably already tried it but it was just a thought.

well then we are left with the new CFW which i don't think will solve this whole thing as Sony will just keep bringing out new OFW . We really need a solid way to bypass or we will all have to give in to OFW :cry: :O
