1.Yes you can. Firstly just download the 3.55 OFW here:You must login or register to view this content.

2.Then make a folder on the root of your usb device called PS3.

3.Inside the PS3 folder make another folder called UPDATE (make sure you use capitals)

4.Then copy the PS3UPDAT.PUP file you just downloaded into the UPDATE folder you just created.

5.Once thats in that folder, take your usb stick and plug it to your PS3

6.On the xmb menu on your PS3 scroll across to settings.

7.Come to the top and go into system update then just click "update via storage media" then just follow the instructions from then on.
