Okay so many people are having that problem shown in the picture.

Well I go into CMD and put the following in:

netstat -o -n -a | findstr 0.0:80

Now look at the numbers all the way on the right!

Remember that number!

Next! Go into task manager! Click on services tab! Now find the number that was on the right of cmd! Once you know the program click on service and go ahead and stop it! It turned out to be anon for me!

you can't close system processes, your computer will crash or restart itself...and I have 2 system programs on port 80 /facepalm
