Well it cant be completely pre configured. Because the US, UK, and Canada all have different settings in charles local mapping, proxy reversing, and the ps3-updatelist.txt

if i use proxy then it says playstation network failed, if i dont it says update? anyone help been trying for about 4 hours

set primary dns as ur ip adress

secondory as 8.8.8.8

proxy server as ip adress

port is 8888

try that and run ps3dns and charles if u cofigured it right it should let u sign in to psn
