Its like amazing how people on here are supposed to be smart and ask the silliest questions. A simple google search could give u a whole list from port 1 to 65000. /facepalm
Anybody who knows anything about a computer knows what port 80 and 443 are for. Also port 8080 and 6667.
You can simply go to cmd prompt and type netstat -n
You will then get a list of active connections, including remote host and port.
This method owns for getting peoples IP through P2P like msn messenger, etc.
