How can you look up what a program uses for port?
An answer would be hugely appreciated.

Its like amazing how people on here are supposed to be smart and ask the silliest questions. A simple google search could give u a whole list from port 1 to 65000. /facepalm

Anybody who knows anything about a computer knows what port 80 and 443 are for. Also port 8080 and 6667.

You can simply go to cmd prompt and type netstat -n Cool Man (aka Tustin)

You will then get a list of active connections, including remote host and port.

This method owns for getting peoples IP through P2P like msn messenger, etc.

netstat -o -n -a | findstr 0.0:80
for port 80

netstat -o -n -a | findstr 0.0:443
for port 443

look on the right side number and check it in task manager > services Winky Winky
