okay first i will show you how to do it on ur own and then give pre-patched link for lazy ppl :p

1. download all these files:[ALL MEDIAFIRE DONT WORRY]

Naima.rar:

bspatch-bsdiff:

Naima Pre-patched .pup:
You must login or register to view this content.

2. Extract the "Naima" folder to the desktop.
3. Then put the contents of "bspatch-bsdiff.rar" into the "Naima" folder on your desktop.
4. Then place the 3.55 "PS3UPDAT.PUP" into the Naima folder as well.
5. Open CMD and then type in "cd Desktop\Naima".
6. Then type in "bspatch PS3UPDAT.PUP PS3UPDAT-Naima.PUP 3.55CFW-naima.patch"
7. Copy the newly made "PS3UPDAT-Naima.PUP" to your USB flash drive in the directory of "F:\PS3\UPDATE" and rename it to "PS3UPDAT.PUP".
8. Install the firmware and have fun!


OR TO MAKE LIFE EASY JUST DOWNLOAD PRE-PATCHED CFW rename to PS3UPDAT.PUP and place on usb then flash! make sure to update to OFW 3.55 first GUYS THANKS! :bro:

UPDATE: yes sorry, you need to run charles and ps3dns.exe its just that everything is ready just run the programs and it will work thankss!

hey, just tried it and after installing it kept telling me hard disk files corrupted need to restore. after restore i keep getting the same msg to restore.

I made my own file as the instruction said and didn't use the per patch one. just FYI

WITH NAIMA 3.55 CFW u still need to run a PC with charles in conjunction with ur PS3 if you wanna get online/PSN..... THAT'S A FACT....

yes i realise, sorry but with this cfw u just need to run the programs without changing any cert. or anything...

yes i realised sorryy, u need to run charles and ps3dns.exe but dont need to change anything except ur ps3 dns
primary: (ur computers ip)
secondary: 8.8.8.8

the problem now is that i am on 3.55 with no active account "after restore that is" and when i try to active mine it says i need to update. after trying the Charles trick which worked i am online but cant access the "sign for playstation network" keeps telling me connection time out.

ok great, so now all i can say because i havent had the chance to try the charles out is, check your internet connection? or turn off proxy in network settings

oh and u dont have to keep charles opened after successfully going online just ps3dns.exe hope i helped
p.s thats probably the problem as charles makes u run on proxy therefore slowing down ur internet connection , cheers

as i said i have a consel without any account and when trying to creat or log the one i have it goes to psn and msg of "connection time out". i'll try again later but if you know how to log on PSN that would be cool

yes well this the best i can do untill friday sorry, i have no time to experiment yet
