Ok i finnally bypassed 3.56, it has taken me 3 days to do so :mad:. so here's how i did it (only do this if you have tried all of the other tutorials)

1. First you need to Install the 3.55 OFW (over your current CFW) Download here..

2. Now install Kweam 3.55 (or you could install geohot CFW then this ontop of it like i did)

MAKE SURE YOU DO THOSE STEPS ABOVE NO MATTER WHAT BEFORE YOU CONTINUE (EVEN IF YOU ALREADY ON THAT CFW)
4. Now thats done go to you ps3
- copy CA24.cer & dev_blind.pkg to usb
- Install & Launch dev_blind.pkg
- Open your file manager (i used Awesome File manager)
- Go to /dev_blind/data/cert
- Delete CA24.cer (back it up if you want)
- Now copy CA24.cer off usb as /dev_blind/data/cert/CA24.cer
- Set the PS3's PRIMARY DNS server to your PC's IP address
-. Set the PS3's SECONDARY DNS server to your actual DNS server (e.g. router)
- Reboot your PS3
- Start PS3DNS.exe
- Start ****Psn.exe
- Enjoy with PSN

To do so:
Start -> Control Panel -> Programs
"Turn Windows features on or off"
UN-check the box completely for "Internet Information Services"
Click "OK" and let Windows disable the service for you.
This SHOULD then let you run Charles/FūckPS3 if you previously had issues with them crashing/giving you those errors.

Notes
- Im using wireless connection to ps3 & pc
- you dont need charles just run ****PSN.exe
- make sure you use the files from the package download
- dont use any other CA24.cer other than in download

on you pc go to start - search cmd - command prompt should load up type - ipconfig - ipv4 address = primary dns & default gateway = sec dns
