As far as I know only people who cheated with the lobbies in Black Ops, are banned for playing black ops.

Who here can confirm he gets a BAN msg when he log's on to psn.
It's a ps3 not an xbox.

Try this: In charles add a second rule to auth.np.ac.playstation.net which modifies the request consoleid and try to go online.
