i think i know the problem
my system is xp
and it keeps tilling me in PS3DNS
.. to enable assembly bind failure logging , set the registry valu [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\fusion!Enablelog] <WORD> to 1.

yeah i know i did it but i still have the problem

you try dif windows compat modes (right click app icon go to properties set compat mode differently maybe?) can anyone confirm it working on xp for this fella?
