Tired of the tutorials? Well, now drizzt, the creator of Gaia Manager has released a simple solution for those who want to access PSN on their 3.55 CFW console with his controversial app (especially to Sony), fu(kPsn. Just follow the steps below after you have downloaded the archive pack containing all the files you need at the bottom of this post.
Installation:
- Install dev_blind.pkg and OpenPS3FTP on your PS3 (using FTP, external USB or what else)
- Launch dev_blind and make it mount the flash
- Open OpenPS3FTP and connect to it using a PC
- Connect via FTP to PS3 (using username root and password openbox)
- Go to /dev_blind/data/cert
- Rename CA24.cer as CA24.cer.bak
- Put my CA24.cer as /dev_blind/data/cert/CA24.cer
- Set the PS3’s PRIMARY and SECONDARY DNS server to your PC’s IP address or 8.8.8.8
- Reboot your PS3
- Start fu(kPsn-v0.4.exe
- Enjoy with PSN
Using under Linux:
- Install rubydns gem with gem install rubydns
- Launch fu(kPsn: sudo ./fu(kPsn.rb (replace ( with c)
- Enjoy
FAQS:
Q: fu(kPSN does not start or prints “Address already in use” as error
A: Close anything that is using port 80 or 443, try also to close skype
via Gitorious
Q: Do I have to use openFTP, could I use Blackb0x
A: Blackb0x will fine
Q: Why do I keep getting PS3DNS error
A: Your firewall my be tampering with the connect to your PS3, trying
turning off all firewalls
Q: Does this work and what firmware
A: Yes does work, works on kmeaw | geohot | wutangrza | Namia, also MFW
Q: Why does fu(kPSN keep closing down
A: Some people are reporting that Win7 64x does work right, if you not
Win7 64x and it keeps closing try redownload and try again
Q: Why do I keep getting a prompt to update
A: Your more than likely using the wrong ip address open Start>Search>CMD
and typing “ipconfig/all” with out the quotation
I have compiled all the files you need in an archive pack that you can download here.

Its not patch, also I never was asked to accept the new ToS. Also I haven't been banned for using it, or even getting that warning e-mail.

it's not patched.
Patching means changing something on a code
They did however managed to block some of us by detecting the charles certificate.
f..kpsn still works, and if that stops, just make your own certificate.
Stop whining about the ToS, that's US only, not the world.

ok, so every time I run dev_blind it says that it mounts, but when I open up on ftp its not there. Only dev_flash still. I run dev_blind again and it asks me to unmount. Also when I reboot my system and run it again it wants me to mount AGAIN. HELP WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, im also using the 3.56 spoofer but i dont think that has anything to do with it

Try using Comgenie's Awesome File Manager(Download You must login or register to view this content.).
Mount dev_blind, put CA24.cert on a usb, than open Comgenie's Awesome File Manager and copy the cert onto your PS3.
Also every time you turn off you PS3 and you want to change some in dev_blind you have to remount it!
