Ok guys, if psn fuc*er is just opening then closing then it will not work on ur computer, it wont wok because of compatibility issues with the program IT ONLY WORKS ON 32 BIT COMPUTERS!!!! if you have 64 bit i recomend getting 32 bit or somethin cuz it wont work. just remember to Set the correct primary and secondary dns and place the CA24.cer in the right destination. +rep if i helped you guys out.

put in your post that you also need to make sure nothing is running that is using thoes ports
