I got that error my CA24.cer file wasn't copied right re copy restart PS3 and it should be fine.

Thats what fixed my error make sure its named CA24.cer and not cert and its in the dev bind flash or dev rw flash correct location.

okay, i just eflash the dev_blind bu in FTP it doesnt show the dev blind

Wrong fully. Its not listed in ftp, but if you manually type in in remote path on filezilla, It will come up. Also think sony did something about this or they just IP banned me because a get a SSL handshake error of cert unknown...
