That’s according to a translated report from Japanese site PC Watch, which features an interview with Sony Computer Entertainment president Kaz Hirai.

If translated correctly (we can’t always count on Google now, can we?), Hirai explains that the platform holder is still looking at the PlayStation 3 with a ten-year plan (we’re not even halfway through that), and that it wants to continue adding features and announcing ground-breaking titles each year.

Plans for, what we expect is the PlayStation 4, weren’t likely to have been too advanced, with the PS3 only becoming profitable in mid-to-late 2009. Expect Sony to milk this generation of home consoles for everything it has

Regardless this system will continue to be cracked open and Sony is probably doing this to see how far they can shove security measure up our asses until they feel they have the console secured once more. Got something for ya Sony, IT WONT HAPPEN!
