They are telling me that they will ban me because I have this software. Right now my ps3 is running on official 3.56 I have multiman and Filezilla(Both Don't work), and I have CL patch for mw2 and cod4. What should I delete to not get banned?

Everybody on Ps3 got this email,
something had to be done about all the modded lobbies,
it was beyond a joke,
you have nothing to worry about if you do not host modded lobbies

So I should do nonthing???
