They are telling me that they will ban me because I have this software. Right now my ps3 is running on official 3.56 I have multiman and Filezilla(Both Don't work), and I have CL patch for mw2 and cod4. What should I delete to not get banned?

Everyone got this email. It was sent as a scare tactic.

Do what i did. DONT use the 3.56 fw bypass and DISABLE internet connection. theres a theory that sony still can see activity even if not signed onto PSN. backups>psn anyday

im scared cause i got this email on my hacked account i got it from this email but onmy main account legit account no email from sony so wtf

huh click it lol over 25 programs i know that another reason lol but i have a 3.55 cfw ps3 and 2 3.56 with some homebrew and one with no homebrew but cod patches

Its not a theory, its true. You never wonder why the ps store updates while your not connected through psn? Lol... 1. Disable internet completely or 2. disable access to playstation via your router.
