(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); How does Sony know we are using CFW and running backups and connecting to PSN etc? Because all my homebrew is 100% Stealthed (Param.sfo changed) and my boot logs/history have been clean since day 1.

How do they know?

Dude just because you change the id and name of the game, that doesn't magically change what it is. They see what eboot is running, and they can see its the eboot of w/e homebrew you are running or have ran. When you change the param.sfo all it does it basically hide's it from people who can see your name on psn, and on what's new tab.

You can change the param all you want, but the file that runs (eboot.bin) it can't be changed, if it is it then becomes corrupted data. All they do is red flag any console that runs that eboot and bans them. You MAC address then becomes banned so you have to buy a new console to be able to access to psn again.

I know what the param.sfo does but thought Sony could only see what you doing through the Boot log history?

They sent the emails to pretty much everyone...
Its sort of a threat/warning/scare for the people who ARE on/using CFW, that if you dont remove it, there will be consequences...
Also they're spossedly gonna ban if you don't delete your CoD modded patches.

When you connect to psn , your cfw is not responding to remote code 3.56 would respond to. Our cfw is ignoring these server requests and it is obvious you are spoofing 3.56 packages.

So when we connect to PSN Sony execute a remote code which our PS3's dont respond to which tells them were not on OFW 3.56..
