It will be totally offline and only used to transfer the data from offline JB console to updated 3.56 OFW console.

I'm just wondering if it's even worth the effort or money, at least right now. I'm now leaning towards holding off on the #3 PS3 till the dust settles and we see where we're at in the end.

Also, the console your transferring to has it ever been JB? That's another issue I'm concerned about. The console I will use has never been JB so just wondering if I even did transfer the stuff if it would work anyway. Or if I could could transfer the CFW as data and if it would even work.

I know previously JB updated console will continue to work with patches, but never heard of one being transfered to and getting the same effect.
