Error Code: 8002a227 - 30 day ban from Sony Playstation Security Department. The last 3digits state the offence in question (227). So you have been banned for Extreme/Racial/Derogatory Language whilst using the PSN.
This thread is just to collect information from NGU Members so that we know who is getting detected, what firmware was being used, and last time they were online.

I just tried logging on to psn 2 mins ago and it didn't say I was banned but a new TOS or whatever the hell it is pops up and I can only log on if I accept it. It says its version 8 2/16/2011 and it probably has some hidden shit in there cause sony is sneaky as hell. I DIDN'T accept it, I just hit cancel.
