The only thing they will do to you is probably put you in jail for being retarded. No they won't put you in jail. They will probably ask you to delete the homebrew/illegal shot off your ps3 as a warning or ban your ps3.

they cant do anything just don't worrie about it sony doesn't have time to go to each and everyone of us with fines and courts and all of that they want the people who are putting info and files out there for us to use homebrew and all that good stuff

i have 1 ps3 3.56 new and 1 3.41.. the 3.41 is jailbreaked and its also been updated to 3.55 and played black ops with dns.. and now i just buy a new ps3 and i want to download all my psn store stuff to my new ps3.. so i call them and i was just stupid and i gave that ****ing serial number.. so they not gonna take me to jail? im afraid
