I know this is a stupid question, but still i have ran through every foruns online for a specific answer...

I've made the mistake of upgrading to ofw 3.56 recently, and tried to instal kmeuw cfw 3.55.

Of course it gave error of corrupted data and did not installed the necessary files.

All of the threads i've seen talk about online gaming ban, but haven't seen no one saying that, for someone who just doesn't need online sh|t could downgrade?

Am I going through circles on this?

Ins't there any way for me to downgrade to ofw 3.55 and install cfw 3.55 to never login on psn again?

Hi gej well first of all there IS a way to downgrade your ps3 BUT its risky and you could get your ps3 bricked! there are some TUTs on this forums that can help you with the downgrading then just do the step by step to install the 3.55 CFW.

But I understand that you dont want to play online if thats the case then search for the TUT do downgrade and install the CFW and ENJOY!!!

Just one more question:

Once I downgrade my 3.56 ofw to 3.55 ofw I can install th 3.55 cfw as normal, right?

But i've heard that even if the ps3 is not logged on it can still brick, is it true?
