At least I can fight
It would make sense for Sony to make the users accept a new Terms Of Service following up to their promise of banning people in their E-Mail. I don't think that they will ban anyone that doesn't accept the new Terms Of Service.

Do a barrel roll!
Don't you need 3.56 to accept the new TOS? and don't you need a hacked console (i.e. 3.55 or below) to be banned?

Doesn't add up :/

I didn't even get new TOS. Don't know why.

I got the samething.
I first came home and signed in perfect. I then played about 2 game
than I just was automatically signed out.

I tried signing in again and got an error code. I did it about 2 time.
So I turned off my PS3 and unplugged the cord and plugged it back, I
signed in fine.

I wish I was still on CFW 3.55...

I was pretty much forced to give in because my cousin updated my ps3 without me knowing, so I'm reformatting my drive to get rid of the shit I can't use anymore lol...

So, (hopefully) no ban for me! :p
