(Spoofing that we accepted it would be useless since they will consider that we accepted lololol)

Bypassing the ToS will put even more bounty on your head. Using an unauthorized method to access the PSN without accepting the ToS will get you in big trouble if Sony finds out. And I repeat "IF" Sony finds out.

No problem. It's like breaking the law then being sent to jail and then you ask if there is a way to escape jail. Obviously escaping is going to put you in even deeper sh*t. lol.

Is it written in the 3.55 ToS that we have to accept any new ToS before connecting to psn ?

We are subject to the 3.55 ToS until we accept the new one. Not before.

Of course you have to accept a new ToS to go online, Sony is allowed to change their ToS whenever they want as long as it doesn't say anything illegal, no ToS or EULA overrides the law.

Since it's a requirement to accept the ToS to play online.....

If you don't accept it and you're using their network, I almost want to say that's like trespassing.

For example: If you Trespass on private property, the owner is allowed to press charges.

Could something similar apply to accessing PSN without out accepting the ToS?
