If you have two Playstation 3's then you can transfer them. Other than that, no you can't.

You can use your computer as a proxy server and redirect the update url to a patch on your computer.

Uhm i believe you can use BLUS 30377. theres no difference between which version of the game you have. The server is still the same. When they say go to BLES just go to BLUS instead.
