Yes you can data transfer, you just put the modded patches on your 3.55 with geohot then data transfer to your 3.56 and you can then use them.

yes i know that, but there is no BLUS30377 folder on the hard drive

Go on the game, then install the official patch and then the folder will be there.

dont i have to update my 3.55ps3 in order to do that?

download the 1.11 pkg off the internet on your pc and install it via install pakage files
