Heres the link for both "lv2 patcher" and "Fix Permissions"....in some cases you will need to run them in that order then hard reset before launching game from miltiMAN for the first time. After the first time you should not have to do it again.

With the newer version of multiman you shouldn't have to use the lvl2 patcher and fix permissions is built into it.At lease, I've never had to use either one anyway.

"Shouldn't" doesnt mean you wont have to...I thought the same thing....after going to v1.15.05 I deleted both packages..But, after running into a black screen with "3D Dot Heroes" I reinstalled them and ran them just to see.....Lo and behold, it worked...So, I keep 'em around just in case.

I suppose it is better to have them and not need them, rather than need them and not have them.
