they can put us to jail? if yes, give me the reason pls.. and if not give me the reason why not!!! coz im confused

people need to understand that if you hack your PS3 then YOU hacked YOUR PS3 ("Your PS3") if sony tries to sue or put someone in jail for hacking their own system then they got annother thing coming
