All you have to do is add to the rewrite in charles.

Here is how:

Go to tools and edit the rewrite rule you have now for your ps3 version.

At the bottom on Rules click add

Type: Body

Match Name: first
Value: true

Replace Name: first
Value: false

Now you wont see the new tos anymore and you didnt accept it.

Hope this helps the ones that havent accepted it yet my theory is if you don't accept they cant bind you to it, although i could be wrong.

Don't flame if it's not useful to you like i said it may help a few. I am using this just in case.

set type as body,
added true under value and then false beneath the other.

I adjusted my computer dns to the ps3 and still nothing...

What is the point of spoofing that you accepted it since Sony will consider their new ToS accepted........

It's not spoofing that you accepted it, its saying its not the first time you have logged on since it was implemented so it doesn't popup anymore. See it says first: true or false.
