Do a barrel roll!
1. Download and install You must login or register to view this content. and You must login or register to view this content.
2. Download You must login or register to view this content. extract the contents into the root of the USB stick, then plug into PS3
3. launch AsbestOS (could take a while), then exit
4. Then launch Lv2 Patcher v9 and select Linux.
5. wait for writing to finish, then login using ps3 as Username and password
If linux does not load, press CTRL+ALT+F1 then ALT+F7
Then you are done

AsBestOS is outdated..... Use BootOS

yea it was available without jailbreak up until sony released 3.21 i think it was im not sure on the fw version off the top of my head

3.21 and above dont have the install linux ability
