Okay, as you know 1.36 is Konami's way of trying to cock block glitchers from mao'ing, It was partially effective but not entirely. :3 This is im pretty sure Windows XP exclusive... On Windows 7 you'll get error after error but if you can get it to work more power to you nigs. But here we go. First off download these 2 programs::
Switchsniffer: (I'll give you the version that includes crack)

To install switchsniffer cracked version run Switchsniffer_setup.exe and then after it finishes installing copy switchsniffer.exe to C:/Programfiles/NextSecurity.net and itll ask if you want to over write select yes. Restart your computer and you'll have the full activated switchsniffer. But when it asks you if you want to update select NO Or youll lose the activated version.

Ok now that both the programs are installed lets get down to the nitty gritty. In switchsniffer go to settings on the main bar and then to options make sure under network you have the adapter that your using for an internet connection selected. Then click spoof on the left side of the panel. Make sure under spoofing types The option that says <-> Gateway is seleted. hen ARP operation as ARP_Request, Spoof-Update Time: 10 seconds. Check the box that says act as Router or Gateway while spoofing. Then select With System Router and click ok. Hit scan, then a list of ip's will pop up on the left. Check the box beside your PS3's ip and hit Start. You have successfully bridged your connection!

Open up PeerBlock and go to list manager. Then to create a list. In the description box put Mao then click Browse and save it where ever you please. Select Block and hit ok.A new window will pop up. Click Add and Type Mao under range. And then in starting ip type 0.0.0.0 and ending ip as 255.255.255.255. And click save. Go back to Create List Type IP's in description save it wherever once again under browse and check ALLOW. click ok. When the box comes up click add and type your PS3's local ip (Recommended you setup a static ip on your PS3). Name it w/e you desire. Then click add again and add your tournament and survival IP's in. Then click save once again. Go to Create List and make the description Host. Save it under browse as host. Select Allow.Hit ok. Name it Host under range. And then youll put the Hosts ip in BOTH ip slots. just go ahead and save it if your not in mgo without adding an ip. Now close that window and get back to the main PeerBlock screen. Go to the settings Tab. Youll see a box named Allowed select its Text color as Black. Then youll see a box named Blocked color it red. Then youll see one named Block HTTP color its text blue. Leave all three backgrounds white. Then click save. And reselect the Protection tab at the top.

Join a mgo game and have the host go to briefing. Just hit Enable for about 2 seconds and then click disable. Every ip that pops up will be the hosts over and over again in red meaning its blocked. Go back to List manager. Youll see a lists of ips you made earlier. Single click the Host one you made and click view down at the bottom. Now type The Hosts ip in both the starting ip and the ending ip. And click save. Close that tab. Go back to the main Peerblock screen. Once again Hit enable anl noticed then immediately click disable. Now you'll notice you can hit the space bar and itll enable/disable the lag.Your all set! Just hit space (enable) to lag and space (disable) to unlag.
