Press triangle on it and go to information or whatever, if it's 0kb there's no way to get rid of it I'm pretty sure.

Have you used the recovery menu to rebuild file system or rebuild database recently? Because using that if the database isn't 100% like a legit PS3 would look anything in the games column shows up as a corrupted data icon, but can still be used by whatever uses it, and is in the same place, I found this out after I accidentally deleted all my backup games lol >_<

Then its most likely just a folder with nothing in it, is there anyway to copy it? If so, copy it to a USB.

Go onto FTP server and delete any folders that wouldnt be there if you were on a normal PS3 and had never hacked, remember to backup any folders with backup games in them on a USB or on your PC hard drive or something.

I was able to get rid of it. What I did was went on ftp, rename the folder to a letter and it dosnt show up on my xmb anymore. I still cant delete the folder but dosnt matter to me as long as its not on my xmb annoying me.
