I installed Microsoft .Net Framework 4 and I still got the same error.

Where did you got the source from?
From there error I see it's either a bad compiled ruby script, or you don't have sufficient rights to extract to the tmp folder.

ok i see youre using version 0.5 , i've never tried that version myself ( i use charlie boy ) but i happen to have tested ver 0.4 which worked like a charm ( win xp and win 7 ) i've upped fkpsn 0.4 for you

3. Launch: ocra ****Psn.rb data\*
4. You will have ****Psn.exe file

OK i did number 1 and number 2 but when i do number 3 it says fu(kpsn.rb not found, i downloaded this fu(kpsn.rb file and it still says not found
