No /facepalm THE FIRMWARE IS ON THE NAND. IT DOESN'T RELATE TO THE HARD DRIVE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! How many people do we have to tell before they stop posting the same theory?

I don't know what the Graf files are. Probably not the firmware though.

PLUS even if the frimware was on the hard drive... The PS3 knows that firmware 3.56 is avalible... It stores that info somewhere but its NOT the hard drive..

Yeah, unless you're quite good of a dev, I would'nt bother looking into grafs work...
