(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, i made another thread, but now it is irrelevant because i already purchased my ps3. So, i just bought a PS3 and it is on the 3.50 firmware, so how do i mod it to go online and host lobbies? That is one of the main reason i want to mod my ps3./

yeah i know about the search button, but i want to know if i can do it on 3.50, and if it still works, and if it is the same method, is it the stickied one about doing lobbies without jailbreaking?(even though it is a jailbreak)

update to 3.55 firmware and then go on Playstation 3 Exploits and Hacks and then search threw there. There are a lot of people that post on there on how to do it

alright, i learned how to update to 3.55, but when i try it it says no applicable update data found, and i even tried recovery mode, still doesn't work. Any help?

put on root of usb.

make a folder called PS3.
then make a folder isnside that called UPDATE.
and then put the ps3 update data in that folder.

PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP

EDiT== make sure your usb device its formated to FAT32
