wow who cares about +rep it doesn't make you anymore sexy or respected on the site. But anyways, you could try to disable firewall, make sure u dont have other programs running, put secondary DNS as 8.8.8.8 thats what i did anyways.

Try this: Disabling your firewall on your PC and checking you have correctly inputted the DNS' primary your pc's IP and secondary your default gateway. This can be found by cmd "ipconfig".
