dont mean to be a noob but what does this do ive done it but where do i put the things thats been decrypted

You can't do anything with it, it's just a decrypted 3.56 ofw. You can look about in it and look at the files they have changed but unless your a dev these won't help you.
This has been out since the first 24hours that 3.56 came out and has already been posted here. This is old news.

Okay, So.. i downloaded them for nothing?.. there just decrypted files that do nothing?. what the hell is the point of installing it if it dont really do anything..

so i downloaded them for nothing?. like there just decrypted files that do nothing? well then if there is no piont of the decrypted files then why download them? But if the decrypted files do do something can you tell me what they do?
