[TUT]1. Close Skype and/or Team Viewer (reopen after done)
2. Install charles
3. Extract GUI folder ahd charles serial
4. Run Charles
5. goto Help -> register Charles and enter serial.
6. Charles Should Close LEAVE IT THAT WAY!
7. Start up GUI.
8. Take note of the IP it is using if more then one read step 9!
9. Run IP config EVEN if only one IP because somtimes its wrong.
10. Select region then start!


IF outside of US region in charles goto Tools -> Map Local and click on the setting and change us to your 2 letter region ID!

FYI, charles "messes" up your internet because it auto-enables proxys which effect your computer. Charles also gives you more power.

FYI, you can not bypass the T&C agreement. The record stating if you accepted or not is stored server side, so you are required to accept or you get a error code response.
