General mistake (lost concentration), making PS3 unable to boot in recovery mode using double beep method

I have a Jail Break 2 Red USB dongle.

- Possible fixes;

Reinstallation of firmware through Jailbreak 2 (it has a downgrader function)

Solutions to be able to do this?

JB2 in downgrade mode
Reload firmware through USB somehow

Done so far:

Formatted HDD in windows (Seagate 120GB custom)

PS3 turns on then turns itself off. Black screen flicks for half a second then about 10 seconds later the PS3 turns off.

Need to find guide to recover, been looking for over a day now

Also note that the PS3 was red screening before. After that I removed the HDD and formatted it on PC.
