i'd be careful signing into a profile with dlc on jb. u can get ur account banned even if u have money in it. i used the dns 3.55 bypass to grab all my dlc before cfw

i dont think you will get banned because jailbreak isnt linked to your account its linked to theirs and the search for jailbreak content on the ps3 so even if your on a jailbroken person's account you nor their account is in danger because you have no jailbreak things on your ps3 hope i helped
