I too would like to know this, or whether a .pkg version of the map pack data is available.

pkg wont work, but i know theres a way where u get someones copied psn history, then their download list shows up as urs

You can do this its called 'Game sharing'
It requires you to know a friend's or someone who's downloaded the map packs password and email, you log into thery're account on your ps3 go to therye download list and download the map pack from there for free.You can only do this on 5 ps3's with one account and make sure you download the right bles/blus code.
The only thing is I doubt no one on here would happily give you therye email and account password and sometimes I can be hard to find a friend who's willing to give you them.

You can NOT use someones cache.dat to download the their previously downloaded content.
It has been confirmed by MANY trusted members, including myself that the cache.dat "psn store hack" does NOT work.
