in MFW creator you have options to take out of the XMB
such as Netflix etc.

to do this run any type of flash writer:
such as AbestOS etc.

then go into rw_flash in a file manger
then go to the directory: rw_flash/vsh/resource/explore/xmb

then you will see a bunch of xml files

delete the ones you dont want!

you can also delete catagories, but I suggest not to do that

ALSO THESE ARE XML files and can be replaced!

but tamporing with other files may cause brick

As long as it does the job then any cfw is fine with me

the worst thing tghat could happen is that u goota reinstall firmware via recovery mode u cant fully brick your ps3 by messing with xml files etc

Nothing wrong with the thread so i can't just close, but just be warned messing with anything your not suppose to on PS3 cause's bricks..
Also there is a CFW builder out there use that..
