I gathered information on ****psn and this is most common

(I opened it up it closed instantly)

The Fix!

1. Restart PC
   
2. Now tap the F8 repeating this until a recovery menu appears
   
3. Now go to (Safe Mode with networking)
   
4. Your pc will start up in a horrible state (Sound & screen resolution screwed up)
   
5. After open ****Psn This should work 100% No closing anymore
