it seems to connect the first two , then stop on psn network , in the tests.
i downloaded the new .06 , after i got back from a hoilday, and didnt even try go online normaly whith .05. , it asked me to system update with the new v0.6, and i messd up the ip settings cause i thought they were wrong lol

just put your ip settings on auto and then your dns put manual
primary dns-your computers ip
secondary dns-8.8.8.8
if that dont work then you probably copied the cer over wrong

network was/is under maintenance so thats y it may fail

The PSN was under maintenance for awhile, reply back if you're still having the problem.. I hear its stopped now
