What did you put on the flash drive dude?
Does the actual drive come up but you cant see your files?
If it can see your drive but not the files in it, put them in the root of the flash drive which might work.

If your drive does not come up at all try formatting it again and make sure you use a 3rd party formatter (swissknife is good). Windows will only give you NTFS or exfat.

I know, I use Partition Magic (Full Version) Formatted it to Fat32 like 2 or 3 times... Im trying to put Multiman on it and an RCO file. My Flash Drive is not being detected at all... Like it reads it but does nothing on the PS3! Any other suggestions?

Sorry bro I could not say to be sure.
Best thing to do is just troubleshoot through trial and error.

Does the flash drive say its in FAT32 format on your computer?
Do other FAT 32 USB devices work on your PS3?
Have you tried all (or both) the PS3 USB ports?

One thing that I did a while back was did a full format of a USB drive and it gave it no partition and nothing could read it. I had to find it via the device manager on my PC reformat it to NTFS, then do a quick format (through swissknife) to Fat32 and all was ok.

Try this to make sure its not detected;
Format it to Fat32 using EASEUS FREE Partition Manager (freeware).
When done formating make a folder on the stick called "PS3".
In the ps3 folder make a folder called "MUSIC".
Put a mp3 in there and plug it FIRMLY into the ps3 and check the music section if its found.

So it should be;
x:/PS3/MUSIC/menohomo.mp3
Where x: is your flashdrive ofc.
Also try other usb things on the same usb port to see if it even works.

This way you can narrow down the sollution.
