I'm just saying, funny how thats never been the case before. And the statement by Sony saying that if you sign in and it states your are suspended thats not the case. Just sounds like their setting up for banning tbh.

Not really, on the 3.55 update it said "playstation network is not available with this system " . Once maintenance was done i was fine, so could just be that...

i agree zyfix. and for those who have not checked sony site it says PlayStation Network will be down for maintenance March 9, 2011 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT

P.S. I pulled the power cord out of my PS3 just in case they are going to try and Scan all the suspected. =)
