what i can do

downgrade

jailbreak the 3.56

or what

some peoples said you can do somthing like copy paches

You can't jailbreak 3.56 or higher currently, or downgrade 3.56.

You can jailbreak the 3.55 though

And you mean data transferring, you can hook up two PS3's together then go to data transfer utility than transfer files from the jailbroken PS3 to the newest official firmware PS3 and then go online with your modified patches whatever.
