Here is you problem:

What it looks like is that you were signed in while using your OpenFTP, which you should not have been in the first place. Alway sign out when using homebrew. Come one man that was lesson 1. The PS3 always sends the info of what you have running so your friends list can see what game you are playing and it does the same for all homebrew that has not been renamed after a actual game like Rogero. Common sense is actually not that common. Go figure.
