but cant find file 8 actual pkg name
i have also turned the BDIT_FIRMWARE_PACKAGE.pkg.spkg_hdr.1-file7
back to the .pkg file and not like .spkg_hdr.1
i dont know how much this helps but lets hope alot

This seems like a great, no HISTORIC find. Decrypting the 3.60 files. Seeing as the File7 is a .pkg this means that actually, the CFW main function 'Install .PKG' is still accessible but is only harder to make available on the XMB. So in technicality Sony has not made the PS3 with 3.60 un-hackable but just 'harder' to hack. Devs just need to find the keys and use them in a 3.55 CFW so just like 3.55 OFW you can make not only a CFW but a ability to downgrade. :pedo:

ye and file 8 is a pkg to but i can not determin at this time witch one
