UPDATE:
i removed patch blocker and i loged in with 3.56 - had to acept new TOS? LOL! anyway - why cant i use patch blocker + dns trick?

UPDATE2: I puted back patch blocker and dns after acept new TOS, and still:
A system software update is required. Go to [Settings] > [System Update] and perform the update.

Try checking the patch blocker and proxy were the correct ip that you put in the ps3 network settings last time I did that :p

yes they are all right, the proxy is the ip that show on patch blocker, and dns is ok since without patch blocker i can sign in
