You won't be banned but jail breaking really isn't limited to mw2 lobbies, there's a whole world of home brew, but that's just my opinion

There is a 1.12 Mw2 Patch Out, u Can Still Host On 1.12 But Its Only Non-Host Stealth Binds Right Now, i Would Just Put On a 1.12 Patch & Then Go Bak To OFW & Update
