I don't have a cfw ps3 at home, only the non-cfw from my brother...

i dont know if someone had tested this before? if this isnt working post it...

So i need some help.
I made a how to/list what i need:

1. CFW - PS3

2. Create a new user/dummy account called "Test" on the PS3, don't connect with PSN!

3. Now we need one or more games "Mafia 2, GT5, Dead Space 2, Killzone 3, Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma or Dead Rising 2". Start the game, go to the next checkpoint or just create a save game in the game.

4. Exit the game

5. Now put the CFW-Trophy Hack via ftp to the dummy users account. (from the threads like You must login or register to view this content. )

6. After the CFW-Trophy Hack, don't start the game. Transfer the savegame to an USB-Stick (all data, dont delete something).

7. Put it on a filehoster like megaupload/rapidshare etc. and post it here.

8. So i can test them on my Non-CFW PS3


I can't guarantee that this will work... but i will test it and report it here.

This would probably work since you can transfer game saves by USB.

i tried it on my own with a cfw psw and an ofw one

first of all as soon as you touch a ps3 gamesave it corrupts no matter what you do. the only reason it reads on the original cfw ps3 is that it can be re saved in order to create a new file. if u try to transfer the file via usb it will most likely say that you cant because its corrupt. if you can, once u get it onto the other ps3 u wont be able to put it on because itll be corrupt.

If u create this on a dummy account, it wouldnt work on another ps3 becuase it will be using a different psn account, so if you can re save to create a new save file without corruption, you wont be able to put it onto another ps3 unless it has the same user account.

so only way to do this is on your own cfw ps3.. sorry guys

It would work for most games, I don't think it would work with GT5 although, as that can only be used with your own PS3 account.
